I really enjoy going into there store, they have great customer service as well as products. I recently was able to get a new table top from them in exchange for mine that was damaged with unknown reasons that warranty would not cover! All you need is patience and you will surely have all your expectations meet! Thanks again for all your help!! Almost 90 percent of all my furniture is from ashley! Would highly recommend them to anyone!!
I call again the following Monday and have to wait until Thursday because their Tuesday delivery day was already full. So four weeks and three phone calls later, the first item arrives.
We can to this store from Lincoln, and we were able to find just what we wanted. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.
I wait another week. No phone call from Ashley Furniture.
I came in to shop around for some bedroom furniture. Gal who helped us was pleasant and helpful. We bought a set and as I was making the purchase in store, I asked about financing and she told me it was too late to do so and acted like it was a big pain in the neck. They didn't even offer or ask or present that as an option during checkout. How incredibly poor on their part for a furniture store. So I reluctantly made the purchase in full... They then said they would be calling us in 7-10 days for delivery (we live in Lincoln). Well I waited FOURTEEN days and got no phone call so finally I made the move myself. They said that one item has been in the store the whole time just sitting there and the other piece of furniture is back-ordered for another THREE weeks. "Oh they didn't tell you that when you checked out?" NOOOOOO - they sure as hell did not ... **super annoyed** ... "Okay well we'll give you a call next week to get this up to you in the meantime then."

So now I'm infuriated and on my fourth call to Ashley Furniture. I ask to speak to a manager because this has just gotten completely ridiculous. "Jenny" tells me they have to order a new one and it will be another three weeks for delivery without any other nurturing of the situation. The customer service in handling all of this from start to finish was god awful on their part and I will NEVER EVER shop there again and I will sure as hell make sure my family and friends don't either. When the third delivery attempt was finally made, the guys who dropped off the "new" piece were absolutely horrified at the condition of the last piece and embarrassed that something was delivered in such condition. They couldn't believe it. I was not refunded a dime or taken care of in any way to make up for the incredible headache with this whole thing. I will never shop there again and had I known this would all happen, I would not have wasted a minute stepping through their doors. AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU!! I hope they lose business and learn how to get their priorities in line to take care of the people that take care of them.
I have made several purchases at this store, including bedroom sets, a dining room set, but most recently a kitchen set. We went in looking for only a fridge and dishwasher to upgrade our appliances. Ruth stayed after hours to help us, answered all of our questions and made AWESOME recommendations. The price ended up being far less than we expected and we got a QUALITY Samsung 4-piece set for about the price of 2 pieces. Ruth worked hard to help us, so I am glad I stayed in Beatrice to buy local! Best deal by far!
I wait again and they finally let me know when the second item is in store. We work out a date for delivery. They deliver it and when I take it out of the box, the furniture is COMPLETELY BUSTED!! It looks though it got dropped, HARD. Broken beyond repair. Joints were busted, ball bearings are missing, and drawers are completely out of alignment from when it got dropped. The wood is cracked in several places as well.
Got great friendly service & purchased king mattress set at reasonable price. Love the same day delivery.
My experience was dreadful and a complete headache over the course of several months. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this company. And the worst part is, they did absolutely nothing to make it right.
