Told them we were looking for an average for horses, chickens and other animals. Jody showed us an acreage in Humboldt, we really liked it and made an offer. Found out a week later it was in city limits and no horses or livestock allowed. We asked out, Jody pushed us to wait 3 weeks for city council meeting to ask for an exemption. They said 2 horses only! We wanted out now! Jody wanted us to wait a month and see if city would rezone, we said no, enough is enough. They now refuse to give us our $500 deposit back. She knew we wanted 4-5 horses before showing us property. Would not have even looked if we knew restrictions.
