Went to get my ac recharged after that my alternator started to go out an my throttle position sensor stared to go out. Before we had the ac recharged nothing was wrong with are car till after we had it done.
We purchased a new Ford pickup a year ago and the staff here is the reason we came back to purchase our SUV. This dealership is awesome from the sales department to the service department. These people will bend over backwards for you and give wonderful personal service. Jeff Green in sales is just the best!! He was very accommodating about letting me experience two of the vehicles I was interested in. And when i decided, he explained everything about the vehicle I purchased. Their interest in you and the vehicle you purchase does not end when you leave, but continues through with the service you get as time goes on. Not enough stars for this business!!!!
I took my van in to get the front end aligned. They offered a convenient shuttle service to take me back to work while the service was being done. After a week I noticed there was still a slight pull to the right. The service department stood behind their work and rechecked the alignment which turned out to be correct so they went ahead and rotated the tires at no additional cost in case that was the problem. The alignment is perfect and there is no pull. They even washed the van and vacuumed it out when the service is complete.
