I took my car to do a regular maintenance. Also they verified and give me a list of different things I need to change on my car.

I walked out of the dealership and called Baxter Ram in Lincoln. Wouldn't you know it they have a bolt kit for the steps. The parts department at Twin Rivers is just as bad as the service department. RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!
I have to say the customer service is nice, but the mechanics are bad.
Stopped there looking for a bolt kit for a set of factory side step. They told me the only way to get the bolts was to buy a whole set of new steps.

I pay over $1,000 on replacement part because. I think. Is a Chrysler certified dealer. The Mechanics must certify too.
Big mistake. I don't know if the mechanics are certified, but the give me the car without the alignment, the horn was not connected, and when I took the car to do the alignment in another shop. The told me the car have a lot of parts not tights. They told me looks like someone left a lot of parts set to broke apart. OMG.
Don't bring your car to this shop to do any type of work.
